Q. How can I get my medical claims processed faster through your Billing Center?

A. The benefits are:

  • Less paper to shuffle through your office
  • Eliminates personnel time to input claims information into the office computer system. Saves upper level management time.
  • Dramatic labor saving, our Billing Center  will ultimately eliminate as much as 25-30% of the current costs in processing claims payments

Q. I added more memory and I frequently defrag, clean cookies, etc. Why is my computer getting slower?

A. It may not be a problem with the computer, the operator might be the one at fault. The more you use your computer the more accustomed you become with the programming and the faster you get. If your computer is optimized for all it will do for you, it might be time for an upgrade.

Q. How do I know if I need more memory?

A. It entirely depends on your computing needs. For example, if you do a lot of gaming you will need 512mb+. For most home net surfing, e-mail, etc. 256 mb should be sufficient. Check the Crucial link on this site for great memory upgrade prices.
